Indiana Licensure of Professional Geologists

After June 30, 1980, no person other than a Licensed Professional Geologist (LPG) may stamp or seal any plans, specifications, plats, reports, or other documents with the seal or stamp of a Licensed Professional Geologist, or use in any manner the title "professional geologist", "registered geologist" or "certified geologist" unless he is certified under this chapter.
