Grades: The project requires students to conduct a modified Phase I ESA on a subject facility in Marion County. Select historical records will be distributed,
a site reconnaissance will be conducted, and a report will be submitted on the class date referenced above. I will issue the report outline to be followed when
writing the report. The student will also provide a budget for the estimated cost of performing the ESA. A letter grade will be issued for the report. The report
will be the only grade received in the course. Students will not be graded on attendance, class participation, or any form of homework.
